WV Rt. 2 turns into Main Street in Follansbee, turn left onto Alleghany Street, continue to top of hill, turn right onto Rockdale Road, at stop sign turn right onto May Road, at next stop sign turn left onto Lee Road, continue approximately a half of a mile, turn left onto Winflo Avenue, bear right onto Joshua Way, bear another right onto Oakwood Avenue, immediately turn left onto Carlton Place. 2nd house on left side of road with gray siding.
